Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of electrical projects predominantly within the hospitality sector across the United States, with a focus on the Midwest and Rust Belt regions. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring frequent travel to project sites. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven track record in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project financials, ensuring accuracy in billings, projections, and cash flow management.
• Facilitate the creation of change orders and effectively communicate cost and schedule implications to clients.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Supervise field teams, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, policies, and agreements.
• Address team concerns to uphold morale and meet customer expectations.
• Ensure timely project completion while adhering to high-quality standards and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain necessary project documentation, including schedules and billing records.
• Oversee all aspects of project planning, purchasing, engineering, subcontracting, and installation.
• Assist with project cost coding, work breakdown structures (WBS), and estimates.
• Identify project risks and collaborate with leadership to implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Participate in regular financial and progress meetings with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary: \(130,000 - \)175,000 per year
