Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone and in-person to assist with reservations, processing payments, and providing necessary documentation for tours and transportation services.
- Deliver detailed information on bus schedules, pricing, and ticket sales for our services.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Prepare daily cash-out reports related to tours and transportation services.
- Utilize various software applications to manage reservations and customer interactions.
- Open and/or close the ticket office as necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Follow company policies to ensure customer and colleague safety.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Excellent communication abilities, including active listening, politeness, and helpfulness.
- Strong service-oriented mindset, capable of effectively resolving customer issues.
- Dependable and responsible, with keen attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new software applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
