As a Remote Scheduling Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, tasked with the critical function of organizing and managing travel itineraries for our clients. Leveraging your exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, you will curate seamless travel experiences by coordinating flights, accommodations, and various activities, all while upholding our commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to ascertain their travel preferences, timelines, and destinations, creating tailored itineraries that cater to their specific needs.
  • Communicate effectively with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers to confirm bookings and ensure availability for clients.
  • Optimize schedules for flights, transfers, and activities to enhance time management while minimizing environmental impact and enriching the overall travel experience.
  • Monitor and manage travel budgets, comparing costs and identifying value-driven solutions without compromising quality or sustainability.
  • Maintain precise and organized documentation of travel itineraries, bookings, payments, and client specifications using our internal systems and software.
  • Provide continuous client support throughout their travel journey, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations for a memorable experience.
  • Remain adaptable and responsive to changes, cancellations, or emergencies, delivering timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to clients’ travel plans.
