Role Overview

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and dependable hospitality staff, encompassing roles such as Servers, Prep Cooks, and Party Chefs, to become integral members of our vibrant team. These positions are essential for the smooth operation of our events, from the preparatory stages to the delivery of exceptional service. Whether working behind the scenes or engaging with guests directly, your contribution will be vital in upholding our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Server

• Deliver outstanding table service during events, including food and beverage offerings.
• Assist in setting up event areas, including arranging tables, chairs, buffets, and table settings.
• Interact with guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Participate in the breakdown and clean-up following events.
  
  

Prep Cook

• Prepare a diverse array of food items using kitchen equipment such as knives, mixers, blenders, and food processors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
  
  

Party Chef

• Prepare and cook menu items during events, ensuring all dishes are artfully presented and served punctually.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to create a high-quality dining experience.
• Assist in the setup and disassembly of cooking stations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering, events, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
