Position Overview

We are in search of dedicated and personable candidates to take on the dual role of Server & Brand Ambassador at our Dallas establishment. Successful applicants will demonstrate strong backgrounds in food service and customer relations, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

As a Server:

• Deliver exceptional tea service aboard our unique bus, ensuring a memorable experience for each guest.
• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Familiarize guests with our extensive tea menu and provide insightful recommendations.
• Engage with customers throughout their dining experience to guarantee satisfaction.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and operational teams.
• Efficiently prepare and reset tables for multiple service rounds.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain outstanding service standards.
  
  

As a Brand Ambassador

• Serve as a friendly and approachable representative of our brand.
• Assist guests with ticket scanning and direct them to the appropriate bus.
• Provide essential information regarding departure times and locations.
• Collect guest data to enhance service delivery and address inquiries.
• Partner with team members and bus operators to ensure seamless operations.
• Foster a positive atmosphere while monitoring guest safety.
• Complete assigned reports and documentation.
