Job Overview

Embrace a unique opportunity as a Reception Host & Driver where you will serve as the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests feel at ease from their arrival. In this role, you will blend exceptional guest service with the essential responsibility of safely transporting guests to and from the Telluride and Montrose airports.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the timely delivery of guests' luggage, messages, and other items throughout the property.
• Provide personalized tours of guests' rooms with warmth and engagement.
• Serve as an ambassador for our brand, maintaining an inviting atmosphere in the Reception Area.
• Ensure safe and reliable transportation for guests traveling to and from the Telluride and Montrose airports.
  
  

Required Skills

• Clean driving record with the capability to navigate mountain roads under varying weather conditions.
• A service-oriented mindset is crucial; prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a professional demeanor.
• Strong teamwork abilities, collaborating effectively with peers.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Flexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and both morning and evening shifts.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting hourly wage: $20.02/hr
• Affordable $4/day employee shuttle service to and from Montrose, CO.
