- Deliver exemplary service by addressing inbound calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members, assisting them with various inquiries related to financial products and services.
- Remain updated on product offerings, effectively communicating any changes to customers and ensuring their understanding.
- Actively listen to uncover both explicit and implicit needs, providing thoughtful and proactive solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to strengthen and enhance relationships with our members.
- Adhere to compliance regulations, policies, and legal standards to ensure professionalism in all interactions.
- Educate customers on critical topics such as tax implications, surrender charges, and death benefits to ensure complete understanding of their plans.
- Assess customer concerns to identify solutions, striving for first-call resolution, and collaborate with internal teams for escalated issues.
- Engage in regular meetings with leadership to establish career objectives and develop a personalized growth plan, with ample opportunities for advancement within the organization.
