Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support by answering inquiries and delivering accurate information regarding HUD FHA and reverse mortgages.
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders, banking and mortgage institutions, and consumers, fostering a professional and approachable tone.
- Effectively navigate various computer systems, including MS Office and CRM applications, to assist clients efficiently.
- Analyze customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Communicate clearly through both written and verbal channels, providing essential information effectively.
- Prioritize tasks and manage your time efficiently to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- A minimum of two years of experience in FHA loan origination (as a loan processor, underwriter, or loan officer) and an additional year in customer service or contact center roles, OR
- At least three years of loan origination experience with conventional loans or other government-backed loans (FHA, USDA, VA).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills essential for effective communication.
- Proficient computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Office and the ability to navigate CRM applications.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to analyze and resolve customer issues.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute.
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 6:30 PM Eastern Time.
- Two to four years of college education or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
