Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business analysis to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities, leveraging insights to align with brand objectives.
- Analyze point-of-sale data from various sources (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS) to identify trends, challenges, and potential improvements.
- Report critical insights related to shipments, sales performance, and forecasts to the Brand and Leadership teams, ensuring cohesive alignment with our strategic goals.
- Monitor the competitive landscape by researching market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations, applying findings to inform brand strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with the content team and external partners to create engaging social, digital, and e-commerce campaigns that support brand initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches, encompassing packaging and advertising materials to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead consumer surveys to collect valuable feedback, which will be instrumental in shaping strategies and developing compelling narratives around our products.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand or product marketing, trade marketing, or comparable fields (experience with consumer packaged goods is advantageous).
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to present to key stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- An analytical mindset with proficiency in data assessment, enabling the drawing of actionable insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with analyzing point-of-sale and panel data (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, Numerator).
- A collaborative ethos and experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in brand or product marketing, preferably within consumer packaged goods.
