Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple project teams to effectively reach defined goals and objectives.
- Offer strategic oversight to project managers, aligning their efforts with broader business objectives.
- Articulate project scopes, establish schedules, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Proactively track project advancement, identifying and addressing challenges as they arise.
- Oversee contract management, including modifications and additional services.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to project managers and junior staff members.

- Set clear expectations, responsibilities, and deadlines for team members.
- Conduct performance assessments and supply constructive feedback.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing public works projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Pipe Networks.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making.
- Experience in contract management, risk evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
