Overview

We are on the lookout for an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to enhance our sales initiatives within the telecommunications sector. This pivotal role is designed for a motivated individual who excels in forging strong relationships with substantial business clients and adeptly addresses their communication requirements through tailored internet and telephone solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers to gain insights into their communication needs.
  • Develop and present customized solutions in telecommunications, encompassing internet and telephone services.
  • Lead negotiations and close contracts to drive revenue growth while ensuring enduring client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the implementation processes to guarantee seamless project coordination and timely delivery.
  • Provide continuous support and consultation to clients, nurturing long-lasting partnerships.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated success in B2B telecommunications or technology sales.
  • Experience interfacing with enterprise-level clients, including large businesses and government entities.
  • Proficient in engaging C-level executives and navigating the decision-making landscape.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, needs analysis, and tailored solution development.
  • Solid technical understanding of network and transmission design, local access services, and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales within a technology-centric environment.

Qualifications

  • An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a correlated field is preferred.
  • Experience in system sales, service improvement strategies, and customer retention methodologies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and tools to bolster sales efforts is appreciated.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base Salary: \(75,000 - \)80,000 per year (actual compensation may vary based on experience and location).
  • Commission: Targeted commissions at full attainment: $32,400 annually, with opportunities for exceeding targets for top performers.
