Key Responsibilities
- Assist with various general office tasks including filing, organization, and report generation.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring timely ordering of marketing materials and supplies.
- Proofread documents to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate conference calls and meetings for the Practice/COO.
- Prepare materials for meetings and events.
- Communicate with vendors while managing invoices and payments.
- Support social media content creation and craft engaging copy for posts and newsletters.
- Schedule and oversee social media activity.
- Track promotional materials at practice locations and travel between offices as needed.
- Organize and assist with practice training events.
- Respond to patient reviews and uphold a positive online presence.
- Utilize Excel for report generation and data management.
- Assist in monitoring business expenses and managing credit card statements.
- Support community outreach events and initiatives.
- Monitor website performance and collaborate with the web vendor for updates and improvements.
- Anticipate the needs of colleagues to ensure efficient task completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva Pro, and Apple computers/macOS. Experience with Illustrator is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
