- Proficiency with CRM tools, autodialers, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational abilities and a friendly, empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound appointment-setting experience; experience within the insurance or financial sector is advantageous.
- At least 1 year of remote work experience, equipped with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Weekly pay with the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses for each qualified appointment set.
- Additional bonuses for appointments that convert into sales.
