Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes, ensuring accuracy and integrity in product data.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive databases encompassing over 40,000 SKUs.
• Aid the sales team by preparing detailed price quotations to optimize profit margins.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to refresh product materials, catalogs, and online content.
• Assist in merchandising products for showrooms, trade events, and photography sessions.
• Participate in industry trade shows, sales conferences, and networking events, such as the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and materials to support new product initiatives.
• Coordinate with third-party IT teams to troubleshoot and enhance data integration processes.
• Utilize Power BI to generate sales reports and supplier presentation materials.
• Serve as a liaison among product managers, sales teams, vendors, distributors, and customers.
• Undertake additional tasks as necessary.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with intermediate Excel skills.
• Analytical ability to evaluate and interpret sales data effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

Qualifications

• An Associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
