Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our sales pipeline, balancing high-volume inbound leads with strategic outreach.
- Take ownership of the initial call stage, not only qualifying prospects but also generating enthusiasm about our unique services.
- Directly influence closed-won bookings and support the success of our Account Executives (AEs) through collaboration and shared goals.
- Engage in weekly outbound activities, contributing to key sales strategy sessions.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge in Paid Media, Design, and Video with a specific emphasis on B2B social media.
- Attend over 10 conferences and private events annually to enhance networking and industry presence.
- Deliver insightful notes and analysis to assist AEs in their sales efforts.
- Identify and implement enhancements to processes within our fast-paced sales environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Account Executive (AE) roles.
- Bonus experience includes 2 years in performance marketing, particularly in social media.
- Additional bonus for 2 years of experience in B2B or agency settings with annual contract values (ACVs) of $100k or more.
- A strategic mindset with a versatile marketing skill set.
- Strong understanding of financial dynamics, enterprise selling, and collaboration with top-performing AEs.
- Proven success in sales with a focus on performance marketing expertise.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first organization while maintaining high levels of productivity and professionalism.
