Key Responsibilities
- Engage in prospecting, pitching, and finalizing new partnerships through a blend of inbound and outbound methods.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal development, pitching products, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships through upselling and account renewals.
- Strategically manage your portfolio of accounts, prioritizing, organizing, and forecasting revenue.
- Ensure meticulous tracking of customer interactions, pipeline data, and sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, strategies, and best practices to achieve shared goals.
- Supervise the execution of client advertising campaigns from inception to completion, providing performance metrics and reporting.
- Act as the principal contact for assigned brands, fielding inquiries, and ensuring timely communication.
- Conduct targeted outreach to specific vertical markets, working closely with brand leaders to develop cross-vertical proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including accounting, to manage invoicing and billing concerns.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, with travel expectations of approximately 15-20%.
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in full-cycle sales.
- Preferred background in media, marketing, and advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling client presentations and a robust understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Experience in selling digital advertising solutions, including content marketing, webinars, newsletters, and lead generation services.
- Confidence in conducting face-to-face sales at industry events and client meetings.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing and retention.
- Proven ability to forecast, track, and report on sales performance and achieve quarterly targets.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
