Job Overview

As a Marketing Manager specializing in Electric Vehicles (EV) and Clean Technology, you will be essential in advancing our mission to mitigate climate change through innovative marketing strategies. You will lead impactful campaigns, foster strong client relations, and explore creative avenues to enhance the adoption of connected devices designed to optimize energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive campaign execution by managing marketing budgets aimed at achieving enrollment goals for EVs and smart thermostats.
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive marketing assets across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with client specifications and brand standards.
  • Launch and refine marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and field channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with utility clients, effectively managing expectations and delivering results.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to enhance data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Innovate and experiment with new marketing strategies to further enhance customer acquisition and interaction.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, analytics, or growth-focused roles.

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of \(110,000-\)160,000, along with equity options.
