Job Overview

We are in search of a highly motivated and driven individual to fill the position of Manager / Senior Manager, Client Services (Remote - US). This role is tailored for those who are passionate about enhancing client relationships, seeking new opportunities for service delivery, and optimizing client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will bring experience in account management or client services, or possess a strong desire to cultivate a career in this domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand existing client accounts while pinpointing new opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships through meetings, presentations, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets and enhance account revenue.
  • Present tailored solutions to esteemed Fortune 500 clients, aligning them strategically with their long-term objectives.
  • Maintain awareness of market competitors and effectively communicate our distinct advantages.
  • Utilize CRM systems to enhance client retention efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, pre-sales, insights, and R&D, to fuel growth.
  • Lead and facilitate the RFP/RFI process with a dedicated team.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research or consumer behavior.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in market research, or a strong aspiration to transition into a commercial role.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and proposal development.
  • Proven success in account management and effective client communication.
  • Native proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for innovation, consumer insights, and marketing.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
