Job Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing commercial projects valued up to $3M, ensuring that every aspect is executed with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all dimensions of commercial glass and glazing projects independently, including material take-offs, procurement, and coordination.
• Participate in job site meetings and engage with architects, suppliers, customers, and field personnel to promote effective communication.
• Accurately interpret blueprints and specifications to guarantee alignment with architectural intent.
• Utilize your industry insights to remain ahead of market trends and uphold high standards of quality.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in estimating and familiarity with Windows-based software such as Word, Excel, and internet tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational skills to seamlessly manage multiple components of complex projects.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the glass and glazing industry is required.
• Solid understanding of storefronts, window walls, commercial windows, custom curtain walls, doors, hardware, and glass.
