Position Overview

As the Advertising Coordinator, you will be essential in orchestrating and implementing innovative advertising campaigns. Collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and the Marketing Specialist, you will ensure the seamless execution of advertising materials that align with our organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing communications with vendors, monitoring campaign timelines, and ensuring that all projects progress smoothly to meet established deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document member and partner engagement in advertising campaigns, maintaining current records within the organization's CRM.
  • Facilitate the execution of domestic advertising initiatives, which may encompass print, digital, video, and native formats, while managing schedules and deadlines.
  • Act as a liaison with the media buying agency to keep advertising projects on schedule, providing timely updates and addressing challenges with the internal team.
  • Process and track invoices related to paid media initiatives, ensuring budget compliance and keeping leadership informed of financial aspects.
  • Utilize various digital tools, including CRM and expense management platforms, to streamline workflows, track member interactions, and process invoices efficiently.
  • Assist with departmental tasks, such as updating presentations, maintaining web content, and supporting off-site promotional activities.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal team members and external partners.

What You Bring to the Role

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field; experience in an advertising agency is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, demonstrating proficiency in grammar and vocabulary.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, including proofreading capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with the travel or hospitality sector is a plus.
  • A proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
