Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to the Director of Sales & Marketing and the sales team in daily operations.
- Participate in sales briefings to stay informed about team initiatives and objectives.
- Compile, format, and submit monthly reports for management review.
- Manage the functionality of the sales office, including appointment scheduling and follow-up coordination.
- Address incoming inquiries, manage client communications, and ensure prompt responses.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, presentations, and conduct sales calls.
- Maintain and update databases and client profiles for accuracy and easy access.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and manage key accounts effectively.
- Coordinate and organize client events, roadshows, and company functions.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional activities and sales events.
- Organize site inspections for potential clients and oversee client reservations and relations.
- Qualify group sales leads and manage the small group booking process.
- Assist in creating sales presentations, spreadsheets, and various reports.
- Keep sales materials, including brochures and seasonal gifts, well-stocked and organized.
- Record minutes during weekly sales meetings and distribute accordingly.
- Arrange travel and sales itineraries for team members as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales office or administrative support capacity.
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, particularly in hospitality or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
