Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant Sales and Marketing team. This on-site role requires a proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys collaborating with both internal teams and clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities and enhancing client communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support to the Director of Sales & Marketing and the sales team in daily operations.
  • Participate in sales briefings to stay informed about team initiatives and objectives.
  • Compile, format, and submit monthly reports for management review.
  • Manage the functionality of the sales office, including appointment scheduling and follow-up coordination.
  • Address incoming inquiries, manage client communications, and ensure prompt responses.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, presentations, and conduct sales calls.
  • Maintain and update databases and client profiles for accuracy and easy access.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and manage key accounts effectively.
  • Coordinate and organize client events, roadshows, and company functions.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional activities and sales events.
  • Organize site inspections for potential clients and oversee client reservations and relations.
  • Qualify group sales leads and manage the small group booking process.
  • Assist in creating sales presentations, spreadsheets, and various reports.
  • Keep sales materials, including brochures and seasonal gifts, well-stocked and organized.
  • Record minutes during weekly sales meetings and distribute accordingly.
  • Arrange travel and sales itineraries for team members as needed.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales office or administrative support capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, particularly in hospitality or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales operations and client relationships.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
