Position Overview

We are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to enhance our U.S. business operations. This pivotal role will support our sales team through the coordination of meetings, event planning, and customer follow-ups to ensure optimal satisfaction. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to operate independently, possess exceptional communication skills, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and document customer inquiries with precision.
  • Assist in estimating costs, preparing, and submitting quotations.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to finalize proposals and orders.
  • Support the sales team in creating quotations, proposals, and impactful sales presentations.
  • Follow up on quotes to improve conversion rates into orders.
  • Act as the primary contact for designated accounts or market sectors.
  • Aid in the preparation of bids and complex tender submissions.
  • Contribute to business forecasting and management reporting processes.
  • Host customer visits and represent the company at industry exhibitions.
  • Help prioritize tasks within the sales team to streamline the administration of inquiries.
  • Provide performance reports on inquiries and quotations.
  • Address customer concerns and facilitate after-sales support as required.
  • Keep clients updated regarding delays or issues.
  • Monitor team progress to identify improvement areas and propose actionable solutions.
  • Uphold company management practices and equal opportunity policies.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental responsibilities as articulated by management.
  • Engage in additional projects and initiatives as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Entry-level; full training will be provided. Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator role or similar administrative capacity is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and professional telephone skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
