Key Responsibilities
- Develop and establish efficient briefing and workflow processes for the creative team, ensuring their adoption and consistent application.
- Manage a detailed creative calendar that aligns with all brand initiatives, including print, digital, social, retail, media, and events; collaborate closely with the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and stakeholders to balance deadlines and team capacity.
- Research, evaluate, and implement tools and technologies that enhance creative operations, in line with industry best practices.
- Plan and facilitate weekly creative team and cross-functional meetings, creating agendas, fostering alignment, and ensuring effective follow-ups.
- Monitor and manage the creative team budget in partnership with the CCO and finance team, optimizing resources and identifying efficiencies for strategic impact.
- Oversee contracts and invoices for external collaborators, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration and inclusivity, engaging cross-functional teams such as finance, sales, digital, marketing, operations, and product development.
- Lead the creative review process to ensure deliverables are aligned with project goals, meet brand standards, and adhere to best practices.
- Establish and support meaningful objectives for the team, promoting a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and improvement.
- Mentor and guide creative operations staff to drive their success.
