We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager - Data to drive the vision and strategic direction of our innovative data-centric products. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary authority for your designated products, possessing an in-depth understanding of their technology, features, and market landscape.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, identifying business opportunities, trends, and customer insights to refine product strategies. Engage in user research, surveys, and interviews to optimize user experience.
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into comprehensive specifications such as epics, user stories, and bug reports, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement the product roadmap, defining critical features and coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely execution.
  • Prioritize and manage development tasks to ensure the delivery of the most impactful initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with business leaders and stakeholders regarding product updates, upcoming features, and overall progress, fostering alignment and facilitating product adoption.

Required Skills

  • Over 10 years of proven experience in product management and development.
  • Strong expertise in data as a product, embracing data architecture, analytics solutions, and machine learning applications.
  • Proficient in SQL, data querying, Google Analytics, Big Data architectures, data lakes, and warehouses.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record in launching customer-focused products that yield measurable business outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a hands-on approach to managing products.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or design-related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or CSPO are advantageous.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships across diverse departments, from engineering to marketing and executive leadership.
