- Lead and oversee the overall management and operation of the community, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Articulate and implement a clear, resident-focused vision aimed at delivering outstanding care and enhancing residents' quality of life.
- Cultivate strong relationships within the local community to drive business growth, optimize pricing strategies, and maximize revenue potential.
- Devise and implement a strategic external business development plan with measurable outcomes centered on referrals and resident move-ins.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and maintain thorough and updated resident documentation.
