Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and administrative functions of the community, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as alignment with company standards.
- Cultivate a customer-centric vision focused on delivering exceptional care for residents.
- Forge and strengthen relationships within the local community to stimulate business growth, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance revenue streams while ensuring a robust market presence.
- Formulate and execute an external business development strategy, monitor outcomes, and modify plans to maximize referral leads and resident move-ins.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of state regulations to guarantee adherence to resident care standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure all administrative files pertaining to residents are meticulously organized, current, and compliant with regulations.
- Drive financial success by maximizing occupancy and room rates, ensuring that revenue goals are met or surpassed.
- Analyze monthly financial statements and implement necessary corrective actions for any discrepancies.
- Oversee non-labor operating expenses in alignment with budgetary expectations.
- Ensure the timely processing of monthly financial data and expense reports, adhering to company policies and controls.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with an ability to inspire, motivate, and instill confidence in team members.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid experience in operational management within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.

- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Hospitality, Health Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience, preferably within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, including recruitment, coaching, and performance oversight.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing operational expenses effectively and achieving financial objectives.
- Valid administrator license or certification is required.
