- Provide strategic oversight of all operations, including Supply Chain, Quality, Production, and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Formulate and execute operational strategies that enhance profitability while achieving key performance indicators, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to drive innovation and adapt to changing customer requirements.
- Ensure stringent quality assurance systems are upheld to maintain exceptional product standards.
- Supervise procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships to guarantee smooth supply chain operations.

- A minimum of 10-12 years in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
