Key Responsibilities
- Analyze historical data on a quarterly basis to ensure new product development aligns with both the company’s strategic vision and the requirements of our retail partners.
- Establish sales benchmarks and forecasts for upcoming product launches.
- Articulate a compelling product vision to ensure all team members are aligned and motivated to achieve objectives within a 10-month lead time for changes and sell-in activities.
- Spearhead product enhancements and redesign efforts to elevate our offerings.
- Act as the primary liaison for all product launches within the organization.
- Meet or surpass established milestones in product development.
- Monitor and report on sustainability initiatives within product development processes.
- Lead and nurture a high-performing product development team, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.
