Sales Director, East Coast (Remote)

With operational hubs strategically located in the US, Manila, Mexico City, and Krakow, we offer a diverse and innovative work atmosphere.

We are currently in search of a Sales Director for the East Coast region, an ambitious and resourceful sales expert. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in propelling revenue growth and expanding our client portfolio by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This position is fully remote, with direct reporting to the Managing Director, North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propel revenue growth by achieving and surpassing sales targets and internal KPIs.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, emphasizing the cultivation of enduring client relationships.
  • Attain mastery of our comprehensive suite of products and solutions, particularly our offerings across YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, establishing partnerships that exceed personal sales targets.
  • Offer strategic client support, addressing challenges and managing executive-level relationships to ensure client satisfaction and success.
  • Keep precise records and reporting within CRM systems (e.g., SalesForce, Boostr, PipeDrive, OutReach).

Required Skills

  • Over 10 years of experience in digital media sales, particularly with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and OLV.
  • Established relationships with senior decision-makers in media agencies that can expedite the sales process.
  • A self-motivated approach with a strong hunter mentality, driven by a passion for closing new business and surpassing targets.
  • Capability to excel in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple projects efficiently.
  • In-depth understanding of the dynamic social media landscape.
  • A solution-centric mindset for addressing objections and discovering innovative ways to secure new business.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base salary range: \(125,000 - \)150,000, in addition to commission.
  • Actual salaries will differ based on experience, location, and performance.
  • Our extensive benefits package includes health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
