- Oversee, recruit, and engage the local tennis community through UTR Flex Leagues and associated technologies, utilizing UTR Flex League Digital Clubs.
- Foster robust, sustainable relationships by leveraging your existing network, implementing innovative marketing strategies, and actively engaging through phone, text, email, social media, and in-person outreach.
- Evaluate league performance and player success, generating monthly analytics reports to ensure alignment with UTR Flex League objectives and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the wider team to execute a strategic plan that promotes player registration and engagement in the leagues within your market.
- Deep passion for tennis, complemented by experience as a player or coach, and an eagerness to expand the game across all levels.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks from conception through execution and follow-up.
