• Recruiting, managing, and supporting local tennis players through the implementation of Flex Leagues.
• Establishing and nurturing partnerships with players, coaches, and tennis facilities through innovative marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Engaging current and prospective league participants through diverse communication strategies, including phone, email, social media, and face-to-face interactions.
• Analyzing league performance metrics, tracking player involvement, and providing comprehensive monthly reports on progress.
