Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce graphics, templates, and visual materials to support marketing and communication initiatives, including membership drives, events, and industry campaigns.
- Develop compelling visual assets for both print (e.g., brochures, fact sheets, signage) and digital formats (e.g., email graphics, websites, social media visuals) that adhere to industry standards.
- Create visually engaging and consistent social media graphics and templates for major campaigns and industry initiatives.
- Simplify complex information into clear and engaging designs.
- Design layouts for both print and digital publications, encompassing brochures, reports, and fact sheets.
- Maintain user-friendly design templates for cross-team usage.
- Offer design concept guidance for events, campaigns, and special projects, integrating feedback from colleagues to finalize assets.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring high-quality, error-free deliverables within stringent deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of professional design experience, ideally within a fast-paced organization or creative agency.
- Advanced proficiency in design software, including:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Canva, Figma, or Sketch
- Proven capability to design across diverse platforms, encompassing social media, print, web, and exhibitions.
- Strong grasp of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of industry trends related to print production processes and digital marketing.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to effectively present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
- Experience in design roles within trade associations, nonprofits, or advertising agencies is preferred.
