Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on user acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and product adoption.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth throughout the user funnel.
- Design and implement A/B testing and experimental initiatives to optimize key user metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, data, design, and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives.
- Continually enhance onboarding processes, user experiences, and in-product messaging to improve user retention and reduce churn.
- Monitor and analyze critical performance metrics, creating dashboards to track growth efforts and inform strategic product decisions.
- Over 7 years of experience in product management within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Minimum of 3 years specifically focused on growth product management.
- Proven success in driving key growth metrics, including acquisition, retention, expansion, churn, and adoption.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data for informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working across technical, design, and marketing teams.
- An experimental mindset with a results-oriented approach to product development.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to solving complex challenges.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science) is preferred.
