Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, hardware, and software engineering teams to enable effective integration of energy management solutions with HVAC systems.
• Create and manage product roadmaps that reflect customer needs and align with organizational objectives.
• Specify product requirements and success metrics while acting as a subject matter expert in HVAC systems.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, prospects, and partners to identify areas for product improvement.
• Work in tandem with engineering, sales, marketing, and field operations teams to ensure the successful launch and performance of products.
• Prioritize product backlog effectively, ensuring alignment with engineering teams.
• Provide technical support for field service and sales teams, including assistance with product demonstrations.
• Stay informed of market trends and competitive products to adjust product strategy as needed.
  
  

Required Skills

• Deep knowledge of HVAC system design, performance, and operation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, especially in hardware or energy-focused products.
• Strong technical background with a Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial) or a related area.
• Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration with engineering and support teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical information into accessible insights for customers.
• Experience with agile methodologies and strategic product development.
