- Collaborate with design, hardware, and software engineering teams to enable effective integration of energy management solutions with HVAC systems.
- Create and manage product roadmaps that reflect customer needs and align with organizational objectives.
- Specify product requirements and success metrics while acting as a subject matter expert in HVAC systems.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, prospects, and partners to identify areas for product improvement.
- Work in tandem with engineering, sales, marketing, and field operations teams to ensure the successful launch and performance of products.
- Prioritize product backlog effectively, ensuring alignment with engineering teams.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, especially in hardware or energy-focused products.

- Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration with engineering and support teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical information into accessible insights for customers.
- Experience with agile methodologies and strategic product development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at tackling complex challenges.
