Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, hardware, and software teams to facilitate the seamless integration of energy management solutions with HVAC systems.
• Create and uphold product roadmaps that align with the needs of customers and the business.
• Define product specifications, requirements, and success metrics, fostering cross-functional collaboration to translate concepts into reality.
• Act as the subject matter expert on HVAC systems, gathering insights from customers and translating them into actionable product enhancements.
• Partner with field service, sales, and marketing teams, alongside installation and manufacturing partners, to ensure product success.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog in alignment with agile engineering teams.
• Provide technical expertise to bolster field service and sales initiatives, including product demonstrations.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to refine product strategy and maintain a competitive advantage.
