Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining direct relationships with clients.
- Consult with clients to evaluate coverage options and recommend tailored solutions.
- Market both new and renewal business while developing and nurturing robust relationships with insurance carriers.
- Perform initial policy reviews and compile detailed coverage breakdowns.
- Address client inquiries related to coverage specifics, policy modifications, premium payments, and other insurance matters.
- Support producers in collecting renewal exposure information.
- Undertake additional tasks as required to assist the team and meet client needs.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management.
- Proficiency in AMS360.
- Proven ability to manage a range of commercial accounts, from small to large scale.
- Extensive knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and insurance carriers alike.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and solutions to clients.
