Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the integration program for various Member onboarding projects, fostering collaboration across teams from Due Diligence to integration execution and post-close activities.
- Act as the central point of contact for the integration team, remaining informed about Member strategies and broader operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and functional leaders to synchronize integration strategies with the objectives of each deal and operational model.
- Supervise the formulation and implementation of detailed Member integration plans, including overlap analysis, contract reviews, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Customize integration plans to reflect the unique needs and cultures of each Member, thus fostering high levels of employee engagement and operational success.
- Continuously refine the integration process by contributing to the Transaction Execution and Integration playbook, documenting essential learnings and best practices.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of integration strategies.
- Foster trust and credibility across all organizational levels, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Conduct discovery sessions to gain insights into the current operational models and integration needs of each Member.
- Participate actively in Due Diligence to pinpoint potential integration challenges and opportunities for enhancement.
- Implement scalable, repeatable processes that yield significant value for both the organization and our Members.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making, delivering objective insights to keep the integration aligned with the overall deal objectives.
- Establish and communicate precise financial metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of the integration and its impact on Member revenue and experience.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on integration progress, emphasizing key milestones, risks, and resolutions.
- Support communication efforts throughout the integration process, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and engaged.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with Members to enhance their experience and facilitate a smooth transition post-integration.
- Travel as required to support integration activities.
- Extensive experience in M&A integration or consulting across diverse disciplines (Strategy, Operations, Product, Commercial).
- Strong business acumen, particularly in sectors such as Insurance or Financial Services.
- In-depth understanding of corporate development activities and M&A integration methodologies, especially in technology.
- Proven program management expertise, including the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in business operations, including partner programs, onboarding, growth strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, capable of crafting impactful messages and managing relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with M&A tools, data rooms, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to influence key business areas and navigate sensitive situations with high emotional intelligence.
- Expertise in process improvement with a successful track record in optimizing operations to align with strategic goals and enhance customer value.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

- Salary: \(129,000 - \)215,000 (commensurate with experience), plus eligibility for bonuses.
