Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate trust and build robust relationships with clients by thoroughly understanding their requirements.
- Employ innovative strategies to devise solutions for client challenges, collaborating closely with operations teams.
- Partner with Engineering, Project Management, and Marketing departments to fulfill sales goals and maintain desired profit margins.
- Provide both on-site and remote sales assistance, including product demonstrations, specification evaluations, and presentations.
- Identify areas for product enhancement and standardization, and advocate for new product innovations.
- Ensure congruency between client specifications and proposals during the bidding process.
- Seamlessly transfer project information to the operations team to guarantee project success.
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for both internal teams and external clients.
- Assist in technical assessments, contract negotiations, and the drafting of client agreements.
- Establish effective controls to uphold target profit margins throughout project execution.
- Analyze market demands and recommend enhancements to the company’s offerings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents.
- Solid problem-solving capabilities and competency in basic mathematical equations.
