Key Responsibilities
- Foster trust and cultivate strong relationships with clients through a deep understanding of their needs.
- Employ innovative thinking to devise solutions for client challenges, collaborating with operations teams.
- Work in conjunction with Engineering, Project Management, and Marketing teams to achieve sales targets and desired profit margins.
- Provide comprehensive sales support, both on-site and remotely, including product demonstrations, specification reviews, and presentations.
- Identify potential avenues for product enhancement and standardization, while recommending new product developments.
- Ensure cohesion between client specifications, proposals, and bids for project success.
- Facilitate a seamless transition of project details to the operations team to ensure project execution.
- Deliver training and develop training resources for internal teams and external clients.
- Assist in technical evaluations, negotiations, and the formulation of client contracts.
- Establish controls and systems to uphold target profit margins during project execution.
- Analyze market needs and recommend enhancements to our company's offerings.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical documents effectively.
- Proficient in basic mathematical principles and possessing strong problem-solving capabilities.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field, ideally within the water/wastewater sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is advantageous but not essential.
