We are on the lookout for a proactive, empathetic, and driven individual to become a key member of our Customer Success team. In this capacity, you will focus on promoting the successful adoption and continuous engagement of our healthcare services in the schools we partner with. Working closely with our Account Management and Implementation teams, you will play a crucial role in supporting school partnerships and guaranteeing access to quality healthcare for students.
Location:
This position is remote, with approximately 80% in-field travel required to various school sites.
Key Responsibilities
We offer a competitive total compensation package ranging from \(90,000 to \)110,000, inclusive of base salary and performance-based incentives. Additional benefits comprise a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and more.

- Develop and sustain robust relationships with school health and leadership teams to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with school personnel (both virtually and in person) to comprehend and address their healthcare needs.
- Attend and facilitate school district, school-specific, and community events.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex issues to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Support our mission of making healthcare accessible for all students.
- Proven expertise in relationship management, ideally in educational or healthcare environments. Previous experience within schools or districts is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building trust and rapport with various stakeholders.
- A mission-driven approach, inspired by the goal of making healthcare available to all students, coupled with cultural empathy and understanding.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset, adept at managing your schedule and commitments.
- A desire for growth, consistently eager to learn and adapt to changing business and customer needs.
- Experience in customer success, preferably within K-12 education or healthcare.
- Experience working with children from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Ability to meet fingerprinting requirements for DOJ-cleared school access.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Currently residing in Pennsylvania (Philadelphia preferred).
- Background in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with customer success software such as Gainsight.
- Established connections within Philadelphia schools and communities.
