Key Responsibilities

• Articulate and disseminate a comprehensive product strategy that resonates with the company’s goals and customer requirements in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
• Execute extensive market research and competitive assessments to reveal avenues for innovation and differentiation.
• Formulate and uphold a product roadmap, focusing on features that yield the highest value for both the organization and its customers.
• Gather and evaluate customer feedback to drive ongoing product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, customer success) to ensure effective product deployment and seamless user experiences.
• Contribute to design systems, assuring consistency across products and enriching the overall user experience.
• Maintain high product quality by engaging in problem-solving and debugging as needed.
• Compose clear product specifications, including user stories, specifications, and wireframes.
• Champion the integration of agile methodologies to optimize product development and deliver ongoing enhancements.
• Measure and report on critical product metrics such as user engagement and business performance.
• Serve as a product advocate, promoting the product vision and roadmap to internal teams and customers.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure that product messaging and features align with market demands and customer expectations.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
• A robust technical foundation with experience in software development.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Heap, or Amplitude.
• Demonstrated expertise in experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and feature flags.
