Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for our product offerings.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of merchant service setup and pricing processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to uphold operational standards and service excellence.
- Collect feedback from clients and staff to continuously enhance product quality and service delivery.
- Collaborate on product launches, ensuring effective implementation with pilot customers, ISVs, ISOs, and agents.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction, focusing particularly on enterprise clients.
- Test and document issues within the production environment, providing insights for the development team.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to introduce technology enhancements and deliver training on product usage.
- Guide ISVs and integrated partners through the API integration process.
- Ensure the seamless operation of internal dashboards and processes.
- Support various partner campaigns, aligning product goals with overall business objectives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Extensive experience with software user interfaces, ideally within the financial technology sector.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as ASANA.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with coding languages (JS, CSS, HTML) is preferred.
- Knowledge of API documentation and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software user interfaces, with at least 1 year in a product management or supervisory capacity.
- Background in merchant processing or similar industries is advantageous.
