We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Vice President of Marketing to join our esteemed organization, a leader in the immigration industry. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving our transition from a prominent U.S. brand to the foremost global migration brand, leveraging your expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at achieving 100% year-over-year growth across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Spearhead B2C growth initiatives, overseeing various marketing channels, including organic, paid, social, community engagement, and in-person marketing efforts.
  • Design and execute a robust strategy for B2B demand generation and customer acquisition to enhance sales enablement.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing marketing team through mentorship and collaboration, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Analyze data and insights to continuously refine marketing programs, influence product development, and uncover profitable growth opportunities.
  • Enhance brand visibility and reputation by elevating messaging, storytelling, and community engagement across all platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Engineering, to ensure a seamless customer journey and alignment with company goals.

Required Skills

  • Proven visionary leadership in marketing with a founder’s mindset.
  • Extensive experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth.
  • Expertise in product launches and market share development across diverse global markets.
  • Strong ability to balance strategic planning with effective execution.
  • Proficient in using data analysis to optimize marketing initiatives and drive business results.
  • Experience in demand generation, sales enablement, and community building.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in leading marketing teams through substantial growth phases, preferably from \(20M to \)100M in revenue.
  • Global marketing experience with a strong emphasis on both B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
