Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with trade partners, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
- Conduct impactful trade training sessions and lunch-and-learn events for both existing and potential partners.
- Ensure optimal product display, point-of-sale marketing, and merchandising at partner locations.
- Collaborate with partners to establish growth forecasts and strategic objectives.
- Organize engaging live events centered around product launches to generate excitement and activity.
- Regularly visit dealers, designers, builders, and influencers to strengthen partnerships.
- Identify and seize new market opportunities to expand our presence in the region.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and conduct periodic business reviews to focus on growth potential.
- A proven track record in outside/B2B sales or similar roles, ideally within the residential market or related sectors.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- The ability to cultivate and sustain valuable stakeholder relationships.
- Confidence in delivering formal presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in outside/B2B sales or comparable positions.
- Experience in the luxury appliance or plumbing industry is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Interior Design, Building Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
