Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance our motion design strategy across paid media platforms, ensuring a unified brand experience across all visual touchpoints.
- Create high-impact paid social advertisements, including static, animated, and video content optimized for various platforms and formats.
- Employ industry-standard motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) to produce captivating video assets for short-form ads and long-form content.
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute creative assets, either from existing designs or by generating fresh ideas.
- Collaborate with marketing and product design teams to effectively narrate the brand’s story through striking visuals, iconography, typography, and animation.
- Proactively identify and propose innovative ideas that enhance user engagement and drive business results.
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing design, specifically in motion and video design.
- A robust portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design styles and a successful history in creating paid social content.
- Expertise in conversion-focused design with the ability to generate high-performing paid social advertisements.
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
