We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our esteemed team at a reputable third-generation, family-owned auction business. This role is a unique blend of creative marketing and essential administrative responsibilities, tailored for an individual who thrives in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead social media marketing initiatives by crafting and managing captivating campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, aimed at promoting our auctions and services.
  • Design visually appealing promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and videos that effectively showcase properties and auction events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and front desk management, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all clients and visitors.
  • Prepare and organize necessary documentation for auction days, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain meticulous records related to auction activities and property listings while supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software).
  • Basic video editing capabilities and familiarity with video creation tools.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with real estate or auction processes is advantageous but not a prerequisite.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in marketing and administrative roles is desirable.
