Job Overview

In this pivotal role, you will oversee a vital department within the restaurant, playing a critical part in driving success across key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, order accuracy, service speed, cleanliness, and labor efficiency. This hands-on leadership role requires you to adeptly balance operational responsibilities with strategic planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a designated area of the business, such as Front of House or Back of House.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor team members, cultivating a culture centered on growth and excellence.
• Exemplify servant leadership, integrity, and accountability, while establishing a high standard for organizational culture.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations, maintaining operational excellence.
• Analyze and enhance business metrics related to labor productivity, waste management, profitability, and sales growth.
