- Manage and optimize a specific operational area, such as Front of House or Back of House.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture dedicated to growth and excellence.
- Exhibit servant leadership, integrity, and accountability while establishing a high standard for organizational culture.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations, maintaining operational excellence.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and enhance key business metrics including labor productivity and sales growth.
- Collaborate with other Directors to align on collective objectives and drive the overall success of the business.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year in management or leadership roles (preferred).
- Open availability, including early morning and late evening shifts at least once a week.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
