Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with our enterprise sales objectives, focusing on generating loan and deposit production.
- Set and revise department sales goals, ensuring that compensation structures are competitive and motivating.
- Provide personalized, needs-based financial solutions to enhance members’ overall financial wellness.
- Lead consultative communications with members through multiple channels (phone, email, virtual), ensuring adherence to all service level agreements.
- Drive outbound calling efforts and engage with the community to strengthen member relationships.
- Oversee the integration of an omni-channel call center solution within the department.
- Evaluate and onboard new vendors and technology to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Achieve key performance indicators for member outreach, including appointment setting and partner referrals.
- Facilitate collaborative project team meetings, ensuring clear alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Lead the integration of innovative technologies and practices within the department to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the outbound calling team, focusing on skill development, performance coaching, and joint sales efforts.
- Ensure the team possesses the necessary tools and resources for success, and report on performance metrics to leadership.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant managerial experience, particularly in sales growth and coaching, ideally in retail banking or contact centers.
- Extensive experience in lending practices and outbound calling strategies.

- Salary Range: \(73,800 - \)118,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
