Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Insurance Service Advisor, You Will
- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients, guiding them during critical interactions such as policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims consultations.
- Ensure precision and efficiency in processing various tasks, including manual declaration pages, policy transactions, and departmental correspondence (mail, email, and faxes).
- Collaborate effectively with insurance carriers and internal personnel, such as underwriters and marketing representatives, to maintain excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with our carrier partners.
- Provide support to your team by stepping in to assist other Service Advisors and Insurance Advisors, ensuring consistent and smooth workflows.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- An active General Lines P&C license (Texas Department of Insurance).
- A minimum of two years of experience in personal lines insurance is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
