Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and developing hair accessories and brush products, ensuring timely delivery from vendors and manufacturers.
- Support the development of electric appliances, keeping product specifications and timelines on track.
- Create comprehensive product briefs and packaging specifications to guarantee accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with leadership and the Creative team to gather product feedback and secure approvals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate vendor purchase orders to facilitate seamless order fulfillment.
- Engage in negotiations with suppliers, contributing to discussions on pricing, contract terms, and lead-time management for cost-effectiveness.
- Work with the Purchasing team and Project Manager to ensure timely product launches.
- Assist in creating product launch materials including presentations and sales enablement resources.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Help with ad-hoc projects and contribute to various product management initiatives.
- Participate in product testing and quality analysis to uphold our high standards.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate product profitability.
- Support product performance reporting by analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends for product enhancement.
- Stay informed about market trends, identifying product gaps and innovation opportunities through research and competitive analysis.
- Experience in sourcing or developing hair accessories and electric appliances is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of cost analysis, pricing, and margin optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective project management and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Passion for innovation, beauty, and emerging trends within the industry.
- A keen eye for product design and understanding of consumer preferences in the beauty sector.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product sourcing, development, and/or management.

- Base Salary: \(70,000 - \)80,000, based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
